Dairy of Champ-sur-Barse – Champ Roy Farm

The Champ sur Barse is a ladle-moulded farm cheese typical of the Dawn department. It can be enjoyed in many forms (faisselles, nature, herbs...) and the ripening allows to develop different flavors. Find out how it's made!

For more than twenty years now, we have been processing part of our dairy production into "Le Champ sur Barse" farm cheese as part of a family business employing 5 employees. Our cheeses are traditionally ladled in order to respect the values of a farmer's product as much as possible.

We are always looking for innovation to develop new products which allows us to offer our customers a wide range of farm products. We make fresh plain or flavoured cheeses (nuts, shallots, garlic and herbs, etc.), matured cheeses, bottled pasteurized milk and white cheeses made in pheasant or beaten.

Lovers of local products will not resist it!

Free visit to the dairy and farm (with explanation of manufacturing processes).
Direct sales store with farm cheeses, yoghurt, milk, craft beers, wines, biscuit, terrines...

Wine and cheese tasting is possible by reservation.
